2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

We make every effort to display the colors, images, and descriptions of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device or monitor will display colors exactly as they appear.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENTS

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed during checkout, based on the shipping destination and applicable laws.

Payment must be completed before an order is processed or shipped.

4. SHIPPING

Estimated processing and shipping time is 3–5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Resureczion Store.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We accept return requests within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions described below.

5.1 Return Options

Depending on the circumstances and eligibility, customers may receive one of the following:

  • Refund (when applicable under warranty or consumer protection laws):
    • Refunds issued by bank transfer are generally processed within 5 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
    • Refunds processed through the original payment method may take up to 15 business days, depending on your financial institution.
  • Product Exchange
    • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
    • Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or lesser value.
    • If the replacement item has a lower price, the remaining balance will be issued as a store credit.
    • If the requested replacement is unavailable, a store credit equal to the purchase value will be issued.
  • Store Credit
    • Store credit is valid for six (6) months from the date it is issued.
    • Store credit may only be redeemed at Resureczion Store.

5.2 Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Include all original tags and packaging.
  • If the tags have been removed, they must be placed inside the original packaging.
  • Be free of stains, damage, or signs of wear.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will determine whether it qualifies for a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Any personal information you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used only to process your orders, provide customer support, improve our services, and comply with applicable legal requirements.
